Tikvah Rising Bakehouse – Order & Pickup Policy

Thank you for supporting our small-batch, artisan bakery. Each item is freshly prepared with care and baked to order, so we kindly ask customers to review the following guidelines before placing an order.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are accepted during a weekly open order window, which will be posted along with the upcoming bake schedule. Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. Orders that are not paid before the order window closes will be cancelled.

Pickup Times

A designated pickup timeframe will be shared each week along with the order window. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during this posted pickup period.

Unclaimed Orders

Because all products are freshly baked and perishable, any orders not picked up within the designated pickup timeframe will be considered abandoned. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders that are not collected.
